In order to comply with the information obligation under Article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation („GDPR”), we hereby inform you that:
- The data controller of your personal data is Scalo spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, based in Wrocław, at 251A Grabiszyńska Street, 53-234 Wrocław, KRS number: 0000290107 („Scalo”).
- Scalo has appointed a Data Protection Officer, whom you may contact via e-mail at the following address: iod@scalosoft.com. You may contact him on any matters related to the processing of your personal data.
- Your personal data will be processed for the purposes indicated in the consent clause, i.e., to provide the requested information and to contact you in regard to your inquiry (based on Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). Your personal data may also be processed for the purpose of complying with legal obligations imposed on Scalo (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR), as well as for the purpose of Scalo’s legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for the purpose of establishing, asserting or defending against claims.
- Your personal data will be processed by Scalo:
- on the basis of consent – until the purposes for which the data were collected cease, taking into account the course of correspondence,
- on the basis of fulfilling legal obligations – for the period specified in relevant regulations,
- on the basis of the legally justified interest of the controller concerning the defence against claims or pursuit of claims – until the end of the period of claims limitation and maximum one year longer.
- You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of processing, which was performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
- The recipients of your personal data will be authorized Scalo employees responsible for carrying out the duties related to Scalo recruitment and career communication, and may also be external entities providing services to Scalo in this regard.
- Your personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area.
- Provision of personal data is voluntary, although necessary to obtain a response to your inquiry.
- Based on the processed personal data, Scalo will not make decisions in an automated manner and the processed data will not be used for profiling.
- You have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to processing.
- You also have the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority, i.e., the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw; kancelaria@uodo.gov.pl).
