Project
The client needed to upgrade their Quality Management System (QMS) platform to improve patient care delivery. Our team was tasked with developing a dynamic web application for generating and managing medical questionnaires, creating a web API for mobile application integration, and implementing clinical decision support rules (CDS).
We assembled a dedicated project team led by a Team Lead, including two full-stack Developers and one Software Tester. The project followed Scrum methodology and was structured into six sprints for transparent progress tracking.
We’ve also executed a Proof of Concept (PoC) for a symptom checker tool aimed at call center agents. Two full-stack developers completed this software in approximately four weeks, working within the same technology stack as the main QMS project.
The solutions allow the client to test new customer offerings and validate ideas fast, so they can make swift advancements in healthcare service delivery.
