Project
The client operates a large e-commerce retail platform available in several countries. The company has ambitious plans to expand it with features that improve the customer experience. Scalo engineers, who have joined the client’s internal software team, worked to develop new functionalities.
Our projects involved developing functionality that monitors inventory in each country and provides up-to-date stock information to customers making an order. We also created a process that imports metadata from manufacturers and displays it on the site, as well as multiple automations of customer service processes.
As a result of our cooperation, the client made shopping easier for customers, which significantly improved the customer experience and increased traffic to the e-commerce store.
