Enabling data-driven decisions through a customized BI & reporting solution

The client relied on Excel-based reports, but due to fast growth, managing data across multiple divisions became difficult. They needed a solution that could consolidate reporting, provide real-time insights, and standardize both data and reporting processes. 

Our team built a BI solution using Power BI and Azure services, integrating multiple data sources into a cloud-based data warehouse through APIs. Data was cleaned and standardized before processing. Supplementing Excel for data input, we introduced Power Apps and input rules where possible to prevent formatting errors and inconsistencies.  

We connected HR and time management systems to the databases to create recruitment and staffing reports, integrated the CRM for sales and service tracking, and developed financial reports, including interactive P&L statements. Transparent ETL processes allow for data traceability, which is crucial for compliance and budget oversight.
