The client wanted to modernize their e-commerce ecosystem to better serve an expanding customer base and follow current shopping trends. Scalo PHP engineers worked with the client’s software team to transform the monolithic system into a distributed architecture. It improved platform stability and facilitated easier feature development. 

Our task was to modernize the platform, as well as develop new functionalities, such as providing consistent stock level information across websites and simplifying order processing. 

The client’s upgraded e-commerce ecosystem has seen a noticeable decrease in canceled purchases, and reduced order processing times.
