The bank wanted to provide personalized services to its customers but faced a challenge with gaining actionable insights from its data. It turned to Scalo for help with improving its data analytics capabilities.
Our team worked to extract data from legacy databases, process it, and present it in modern dashboard formats. We created the appropriate data models and structure tables to enable fast analysis of vast amounts of information and ensure compliance with stringent data management and security principles.
We designed intuitive dashboards and reports to provide real-time business intelligence. From wireframes to final integration, we worked closely with the bank to ensure the solution met their needs and branding. Our team also provided comprehensive documentation and training to support its staff in using new reports.
