The Scalo team developed an automated system for handling debt recovery and enforcement proceedings. The system’s primary goal was to transform manual, time-consuming processes into efficient, automated workflows, improving operational capabilities and customer service quality.
Our solution focused on four critical processes identified from an initial assessment of 16 different procedures. The key achievement was a document processing automation system, which reduced the processing time for 1000 documents from 17 hours to just 10 minutes.
The implementation was based on modern architecture patterns and emphasized secure data handling. The system was designed to be scalable and maintainable, with robust error handling and monitoring capabilities.
The team consisted of back-end and front-end Developers, a Solution Architect, and Quality Assurance specialists working with the ScrumBan methodology.
